This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

CF OPEN...Here we come!

We have not done a Tri in a year or so...How about a "tag-team" tri? Track meet anyone??? Lets find some good stuff!!!

If you do nothing else...get a good backpack this year...So you can carry an extra 20# around during workouts!!!
