It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Oz B-Day

Oz ~ Born 1-10-81 (33 Yrs Old)

Warm-Up ~
Listen to:
I Wanna Go by Britney Spears

For Time:
33 D/U
1 Mile Run
33 Pull Ups
10 Rnds: 3 Burpees + 3 Wall Walk (sub=Inverted Burpees)
33 KB Swings (55#/35#)
81 Wall Balls (20#/14#)

Great WOD today...Tough both mentally and physically, like OZ!

The East Beasts have proven their system is working as they dominated the event! There endurance is comparable to some of the best marathoners on earth... It is a good thing that Bertag stayed away today! Feidt would have DOMINATED him and I do not think he is ready to feel that type of pain....At least in his ski race tomorrow (45Km) he will not have to contend with Feidt or Maloney (everyone else up there will be waaaayyy easier)!!!

Redd ~ 39:27 (66singles)
Val ~ 35:50 (2 WC, 2 Inv., 2 WC, 2 Inv., etc)
Des ~ 35:00 (inverted burpees)
Britt ~ DNF
Kate ~ 31:56 (Great work on getting thru D/U, then killing it after...)
Feidt ~ 31:05
Oz ~ 32:01
tb ~ 33:00 (actual winner for hitting #33 on the dot!)

I was 400m up on Maloney in the mile and she finished before I did....F'ing running Musheen!
