Escape...

That is what we all do from time to time. But the WOD gives us a chance to escape within ourselves daily!
Depending on the WOD that pops up, you have a chance to escape reality and better & challenge yourself in a variety of areas. Mental toughness being the most common! Belief in yourself and abilitys may be next on the list.

2 Sec. Pause @ Each Position; Work on proper form and positioning @ each
#1- Knees ~ Vertical Shins, Chest High, Weight on Heels
#2- Mid-Thigh ~ Chest over Bar, Bar close to Thigh (not on), Weight is mid-foot
#3- Pockets ~ Knees slightly bent (beginning position of push press), Bar @ hips, Weight mid-foot
