It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Last Day...

Well...this is the last day of 2015...
What did you accomplish in 2015? Was it a productive year for you?
If so, why? If not, why not? Who do you think controls your productivity?!?!
Just make sure to look back over the year...that is a long time...and see the positives and negatives that you had, then make your resolutions (or just this next years plans). Life happens...just make sure it is what you want to be happening! If it is not what you want...CHANGE IT!

As you start to think about the new year and your goals for it, keep this in mind:
Make EVERYDAY count towards bettering ourselves and the people we care about! It is up to YOU to make the BEST of all the situations you end up in...Focus on just ONE day at a time! Some days you will get a lot done, others, not so much...just keep moving forward...keep being positive and make 2016 the best yet!

*Partners did BOTH rounds then got rest while second person did the 2 Rnds...

It was a good day for them...Lots of sweat and positive work!

Val & I did this:
EMOM x 20 Min:
odd = 18 Cal Row
even = 10 Push Press (95#/65#)

Completed...good, consistent work...
