This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Back to WR!!!

Back from 3 Days @ Iron River FB Camp!!!

Great times at camp with the players...Long, Hot days filled with FB = Awesome
Then getting Workouts in...seeing the players putting in the "extra" work as well as becoming a TEAM was great...

BUT there is nothing like getting back to the routine!!! Being in OUR weight room...getting our WOD's done and watching the kids put in the extra effort before the seasons begin!

Warm-Up:
Leg Blaster
800m Run
OTM for 3 min: 10 Burpees

AMRAP in 12min:
100 Wall Ball
200 D/U
50 Wall Ball
100 D/U

OTM for 10min:
2 Squat Cleans + 2 Split Jerks (@ 65% 1RM)

5 x 5 Deadlift, across (t-n-g)

Feidt ~ 100WB+200D/U+17WB (317) / 135# / no DL
tb ~ 100WB+200D/U+34WB (334) / 155# / 275#
Hepp ~ Unknown what he got on the Metcon

Syd...Retest 13.2 = 7rnds + 13 Box Jumps = 238 reps = AWESOME!!!
Compare to 13.2 @ 196 Reps (6rnds + 1 Box Jump)
AMRAP in 10min:
5 S2O (115#)
10 DL (115#)
15 Box Jumps (24")

Just some quick comparisons...
1 Round + 12 Box Jumps More
42 More REPS
13.2 was 1 Rep every 3.06 sec
13.2 Re-Test was 1 Rep every 2.5 sec
