It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

WFCA All-Star Game / WOD

It was the 2013 Football Coaches All-Star game this weekend and I had to be at a banquet and annual meeting.  Still found time to get a WOD in on Saturday AM before the meeting @ UW-Oshkosh.

It worked out perfect for the WOD...

Warm-Up: 20 Burpees & Set-Up on UW-O Track

For Time:
400m Farmers Carry (55#/35# DB)
20 Burpee Box Jumps (30"/24")
400m OH Plate Carry (35#/25#)
20 Burpee Box Jumps

tb ~ 32:56 (no 30" box so used 24")...SLOW TIME
