Vast improvements have been made this summer!!! We have worked on weaknesses, and improved.
ALWAYS more to work on...BUT...we are getting better...
SYD got his first Muscle Up today in Pre-WOD!!! To celebrate, he did another one!!!
He has been working a lot this summer on false grip and transition...As I turned around with him screwing around on the rings...I could tell right away he was going to get it...his height and form was spectacular...thumbs were tucked in next to his armpits...perfecto!
Warm-Up:
* 50 Burpees
* 800m Run
* 30 Pull Ups
* Mobility / Flexibility
