This WOD is designed to get you thru many reps without breaking...While GRACE is 30 Reps for time...it is also Ground-to-Overhead. Gwen is / should be Clean and Jerks...
I failed on the Jerks...Simply got tired and was not doing reps correct. When I get fatigued it is all about getting work done. FORM goes out the window and it is PURE work. There are many times in life were it is all about work...hard work, but there are other times when it is about FORM...Good Form...Organization and Doing Things Right!
Need to work on when those differences are!
