2 Min Barefoot Jumprope
5 x Burgener Warm-Up w/ White Bar
5 x Burgener WU w/ 45#
Burgenter Warm Up = Shrugs, Rows, Muscle Snatches, Jump & Lands, Snatch Propulsions)

Work the kinks out...

WOD

AMRAP in 20 Min:
10 Snatch-Grip Deadlift
5 Hang Power Snatch
10 Overhead Squats
5 Snatches
Use the same weigth for all exercises!  If you can to all but one, you must go to the weight that you can to the least with!
Men = 95#
Val = 65#

Val ~ 5 Rnds
Britt ~ 6 + 5 Deadlifts
Bertag ~ 6 + 5 Hang Power Snatches
T-Lev ~ 5 + 2 Hang Power Snatches
Hansen ~ 7 + 4 Hang Power Snatches
