It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

14.4 ~ Gametime!!

Thursday Night BASH...GAMETIME!!!

Gang...it was a late night anyway! Track meet wrapped up around 9am... Coaches still picking up and talking at 9:30.

Rather than going home to sleep, only to wake up @ 5am and perform 14.4 @ 6am...
We decided...Let's DO This!

Then it was the AM Crew's Turn...(minus the Warm-Up)
JB ~ Completed 4 Muscle Ups (FYI ~ 40 Wall Balls in a row! took him 1:20 to complete WB...impressive)
Des ~ Completed 20 P.C. (@65#)
Britt ~ Completed 20 P.C. (@ 135#)
Oz ~ Worked thru slowly...getting back to "fighting shape"... H1N1 beat him down, but it won't hold him down!!! Getting it all back slowly, but surely!
