Two Days...Two GREAT WOD's by CFNE

Yesterday was The Sandman
A great WOD that will need to be performed again this summer by the FB Group!

Today was a quicker WOD, but no less taxing...

Man On Fire

12 Box Jump Overs (24"/20")

then we had 10 Minutes of Freestanding Handstand Work (Balance)
* work tripod, headstand and kick-ups with both legs (dominant and non-dominant leg)
