FIRST TIME...

And you know what ~ I could still feel the back...a little bit sketchy all the way thru! Toned it down (speed-wise) and made sure I was concentrating on form (at least every OTHER rep).
OR that was the excuse for being so slow....

HUGE PR for him!!!
Battled thru his negative thoughts...doubt...fear...anxiety...disbelief...
Worked some form, muscle memory, speed at lighter weights...
...then...CONQUERED!!!
Literally... HE CRUSHED IT!!! Great work...Big PR...should be proud!!!
