Changin' it up!

For those that were unaware... we have been on a Thursday Rest day for a few weeks now...

We are going back to Wednesday Rest/Recovery Days...

Today was good, and JB really got after it...especially since yesterdays WOD had much running for him (although that is never a problem for him)
