This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

MDM 2015

If you have read Lone Survivor, you will know this part!
THIS action was what Lt. Mike Murphy was all about...
HIS MEN!!!
This was his true character!!!
Walked into the only open spot the Sat Phone would get reception, 
despite the bullets and made the phone call for his guys!
THIS is the character of Lt. Michael P. Murphy!
Notice the "Thank You" at the end of the phone conversation...

* If you have a 20# vest, wear it!
**Pull Ups, Push Ups & Air Squats can be partitioned up however you like...BUT this must begin and end with the 1 Mile runs!
***Scale as needed...1/2, 1/4, just do the work you feel you can...then a little more!

Rain was actually nice for the second mile...it just makes for a lousy day all around afterwards.
