This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Legs are feelin' it...

Well... more specifically my quads! But the legs really felt it today...
Low back as well...but it actually loosened up a bit as we went...

Great stuff today getting all 3 routines in! As a group...we were very good... Pushing it...Getting better...

E got warmed up and then worked the snatch...

Oz & I got the 7 sets in...JB worked some great form...not quite Squat Snatches, but did Pwr Snatch + OHS...

Snatch Complex
7 sets of the following:
High Hang Snatch PULL* + Hang Snatch PULL* + Hang Squat Snatch
* these are not full snatches...just the pull phase

Gymnastics Conditioning
For Time:
1, 2, 3...8, 9, 10 of UB C2B Pull Ups*
*scale or goto regular pull ups as needed
* Must drop b/t sets...rest as needed when you get tired, but if you miss, say get 7 on the 8 set and then have to drop, you must redo the set of 8 (rest...rest...rest) until you can get all 8 unbroken...
