CompTrain varied it a bit... changed the order of Wall Ball & Burpees, and added TTB vs. K2E...
Some nice changes...but still a real bugger!

finished Hip Ext @ 16:22
finished Burpees @ 23:22 (so over 5 min for 50 burpees...GOT TO BE BETTER @ Burpees!!!)
