Double Trouble...

This little baby was sneaky... Oz called it right...trying to get to 3 rnds! Was very tough on the quads or glutes, depending what you really utilize in your rowing...

Oz worked up to a heavy Squat Clean...205# and it was easy!
Then I had him try 225# and he just missed it! Getting closer... It is going to happen soon folks!

BTW ~ That 5 Minute rest was no rest at all...wow!
