JB & Stan did THIS:
5 Rounds for time (but did not keep time):
12 Wall Balls
12 Burpees
Clean & Jerks
EMOM x 10min:
1 Pwr Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Split Jerk
Climbing...
You should be attempting to increase the wt. every minute...if you get to a point where you cannot increase, remain the same or go down.
You need to get those 4 reps EMOM for 10...this is the conditioning portion.
Barbell Cycling
5 Rnds of the following:
12 Deadlifts + 9 Hang Cleans + 6 Push Jerks
Stan ~ WB & Burpees then...
BB Cycling ~ 95# for all 5 Rnds... Impressive, considering he use to only go overhead w/ 75#!
