LOTS of things to work on...
Snatch Balance is not a big strength (of mine for sure)...we definatly do not perform it enough (maybe some warm-up SB's for a while)... I think it is a great "quick hip" exercise, as the idea is to get under by dropping the hips...
A good technical lift to help your FORM and STABILITY in the Snatch...

A) Snatch Balance ~ work to a heavy 1 Rep w/ a 3sec HOLD @ the bottom
B) Low-Hang Snatch ~ work to a heavy 1 Rep w/ a 3sec HOLD @ the low hang position
BIG GUN
Ascending Rep AMRAP in 9 Min:
3-6-9-12...continue to add 3 reps each round
Clean & Jerk (135/95)
TTB
Wendt ~ 155# / 135# / 3,6,9,12, + 5 TTB
tb ~ 185# / 185# / 3,6,9,12,15 + 9 C&J
