This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Get better everyday!

Partner up on a Saturday...

Nothing Better than having a partner WOD and having someone to push you...
especially when you don't want to get pushed!

(Partner #1 does 10 SCT + 200m Run, then P2 does 10 SCT + Run, P1 does 9+Run, P2 does 9+Run, etc)

A little shifting of the 200m run w/ the fieldhouse being used for cage club...
