Thunder?!?!

Well...it was raining this AM... but no thunder, so we made our own in the wt. room!
Nice little WOD from CFNE...Thunderstruck!

30 Front Squats
15 Muscle Ups
20 Front Squats
10 Muscle Ups
10 Front Squats
5 Muscle Ups
Wt ~ CFNE = 135/95 / Comptrain Open = 155/105

30 Burpees-Thrusters-Pull Ups
20 Burpees-Thrusters-Pull Ups
10 Burpees-Thrusters-Pull Ups

19:50... And it was nice having him workout!

After:
EMOM for 16:
1st = 10 Burpees
2nd = 1 Lap
3rd = 18 Cal Row
4th = 50 D/U
