This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

BOTH partners must do 6 Rope Climbs each & 30' HS Walk Each (they can work at same time)

Oz ~ 135#-140#-145#(missed) / XX/ did yesterdays 3min AMRAP = 7 OHS (@105#)
tb ~ 175#-185#-195#(missed) / 315# (across) / 1 C&J in Rnds #3 (6 rep round)...no partner!

Folks...this Oly Strength stuff is tough in the AM...just getting warmed-up enough for the perfect muscle memory is tough...
