100cal Row (alt. every 25 cals)
50 HSPU (alternate however you like, but both partners MUST complete at least 1 HSPU)

Within 10min complete a MAX Complex...
Deadlift + Hang Clean (pwr or sqt) + Hang Clean & Jerk
