This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Good Friday?!?!

It is Good Friday...Some my wonder why they call it GOOD...
As we (Christians) are "celebrating" or recognizing the Day our Savior was put to the Test with Pilate and Herod, then executed on the Cross!
What is good about that?!?!?
Well...
No Cross...No Crown!
If he did not die (and specifically...Crucifixion), there would be no raising from the Dead...which IS the source of our salvation!
By dying He destroyed our death, and by rising He restored our life!

So today (well, really everyday thru our actions hopefully)...we honor our Lord Jesus Christ, with a workout!
