This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Singleton...

60s Hang (low back release)
2m Inversion Table

tb ~ 17:51  / Lap #1 = 6:31 / Lap #2 = 12:28 (5:57) / Lap #3 = 17:51 (5:23)

I could really feel the left leg in this one...
ALSO...Glutes = Activated!!!

May need to start something like 3x's each week with this... get comfortable being uncomfortable!
We will see what the next day or two feels like!!!
Goal is to get this to 10-12 minutes...even better, if possible, but we will see!

Brehm went this last week for his L-1 Cert.
That is awesome!!!
Now the wait begins for test results...but we know that all will be good, and he will pass that test!!!
