tb ~ 20# for L-Sit Shoulder Press / 35# for Push Press / NO partner so I went every 3m on the MANLY WORK ~ times for completion were 1:43 / 4:40 / 7:33 / 10:32 / 13:29 / 16:29 / 19:21
Started Rnds at 0/3/6/9/12/15/18...thinking like a 1:1 ratio of work to rest!!!
