It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Recovery Day!?!?

Today is an official recovery day...
Depending on feel, we all need rest and recovery! Everyone is different as to what that is...
BUT...RECOVERY...letting the body heal up is the single-best thing an athlete can do for them self!

Recovery IS NOT:
Sitting around on the computer
Sitting on a couch all day
Sleeping during the day
Being Lazy

Recovery IS:
Mobilizing / Stretching / Flexing
Sweating at a lower level than normal days
Consistently getting 8+ hrs of sleep at night
Sleeping an extra hour at NIGHT, once in a while!

Warm-Up
Banded Couch Stretch (2m ea)
6 x Step Overs/Unders
2 Rnds ~ SmashwRx Warm Up

Totals = 26-28-26-26-25-24-24-28 = 207
tb ~ 11-10* / 12-13 / 12-12 / 12-11* / 12-12 / 12-12* / 12-10* / 13-13
Totals = 21-25-24-23-24-24-22-26 = 189
*SOB flipped a calorie just after final BEEP...so it did not count... NEEDED to push a tad harder!
