This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Sat / Mon

Saturday was a quickie!

AMRAP in 12m:
20 GHD Sit Ups (Abmat Sit Ups)
10 DB OH Walking Lunges (Lft Arm)
10 DB OH Walking Lunges (Rt Arm)
(50/35)

Brehm ~ 5 rnds+3 reps (50#)
GHD is in the basement so I ran outside after GHD's to do lunges in drive way. Added a little excitement to my pacing.
tb ~ 5 Rnds + 22 Reps
1:57 / 4:17 / 6:37 / 8:55 / 11:00 / 20 + 2 steps

SWEAT 16
AMRAP x 16min:
100m DB Farmers Carry (50/35 or whatever you have)
20 DBL DB Deadlift
30 Abmat Sit Ups

tb ~ 4 Rnds + 8 DL (more than likely was NOT 100m, more like 80-90m)

Man did it get tough to hang on to that during the Walk, then into the DL...had to give the forearms and shoulders a break.
