Tuesday was a Trout Fishing Day (AM)...
Went to Big Roche a Cri Creek on County O... SKUNKED!!!

Was going to get a workout in after fishing, but never got around to it...
Plus was not excited to run 400 repeats in the workout, but will get around to it this week...

    -felt good, only went #5 over previous max, believe I could have did more but played it safe.
