Amazingly... US Crossfit had a 5K run + 150 Wall Balls for today's WOD.
I could not bring myself to writing it up on the board...In retrospect, I should have!
Instead we did the WOD from Crossfit Springfield (5K Gone Bad)...Which poped up on their site today as well... Great minds must think alike from these places!

Clock screwed up so we do not really know what we finished in...
Started around 6:11 ~ 6:13 or so...

In My Thought Process ~
After this week, we will begin to focus a bit on some strength and the WOD's will be a bit shorter after the strength portion... If you want a good warm-up...You will need to be in a bit earlier...May be switching the programing... Will be a good discussion at the Post-Jigsaw Celebration...
