Last performed ~ 9:55 (7.14.14)!
Back was sore from yesterday & portaging canoes...
Carrying the canoes was much worse than dragging them...could feel it jamming/compressing the back. Although it could have been those 90 Thrusters from yesterdays WOD as well...
