1) Back Squat (for Time)

2) Push Press (for Time)

This was a kick butt WOD...hard, but Loved it!!!

Squats just wiped me out... first two rounds were 20's no problem...
LOTS of Drop-Downs on the Cleans! Push Press were the worst...185# got HEAVY!!!
