This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Another outstanding performance... It is great to watch everyone putting forth the work & effort.
It also makes me appreciate life, working hard, being with friends...this stuff is great...Can't wait to get back at it!

    lifting: legs/shoulders
    Halved the wod from 50/400 to 25/400 - 12:00 tired, and had to use a tredmill, pretty sure I almost took a digger on the third 400... If I was watching myself I would've laughed out loud thats for sure.
