Find heaviest Back Squat - (3 Rep) within time...
Find Maximum Box Jump within time...
10 Min Limit
Then...5 Rounds of
5 Back Squats (75% 3Rm) & 3 Box Jumps (75% Max Height)
Begin Every 90sec
REST 3-5 Min
For Time:
60 OHS (95#)
