It was great getting back into the true WOD rather than just the Tabata stuff... I will be a bit cautious on the strength days...BUT so far, so good... Let's hope it keeps up!

    Did the WOD in my garage @ 75# should've done it at 95# with jumping pull ups which is why my times are so different.. I need a pull up bar and bumpers!
