This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Alright.
If we were suppose to find the extra 'GO'... we didn't.
There was nothing easy about this.
Lots of entertainment this morning....
Forgot that the weight room has AC... someone opened the doors this AM before it got hot.
Then it got hot.
Witt finally closed the doors, calling us a few words under his breath as we all were drippin from the sweat...
He happily reminded me about the AC... eh, whatever.
Had our own HOTBOX this morning.

  1. I'll be up and at em to take a peek at sealfit before the filthy 50... I think the f50 usually takes about 25 minutes so ill allot 27-30 before a shower.

    Anything before that will be an appetizer! Hold the dessert! Good luck everyone. Give er, ajd don't quit. Its only 50!!! Yikes.
