This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

GAMETIME!

Here we go again...
Another friday...another football game.
End of Summer / Fall is a great time...there is nothing like Friday Night Football!

Nerves are already kicking in.

We had a choice of WOD's today...
togetherness, competitiveness or just not wanting to be the odd ball...for a variety of reasons, we all did the same WOD... No complaining, whining or griping! Just working thru it...And it was a great sweat!!!

800m Run for Warm-Up
