w/ better tie-break time!!!
decreased her WB time by 10 sec...8:00 to a 7:50!
ahead of D/U tie-break by 23 sec!!! 10:34 to a 10:11~OUTSTANDING!!!
tb did same reps (246)
w/ better tie-break time!
WB with 8's & 7's w/ 5sec b/t each...every 5 rounds taking a bigger rest (15s)
WB from a 8:18 to a 7:54! (24sec decrease)
D/U tie-break from 9:51 to a 9:42
Felt a lot better than I thought it would...

Perform 1 Snatch (85% 1RM) every 30 sec for 4 minutes...
