This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Pre-Game/REST/EASTsiders

The next few weeks are just a jumble of things...
Wednesdays are Rest/Pre-Game & EASTside WOD's
FRIDAYS we will all be together for a WOD
WE are always together...even though we are (sometimes) apart.

EASTsiders did their own WOD @ the Jr. High this AM...
JB & OZ were swimming...
Desi & Britt were working mobility (in the weight room)
tb was pre-gaming
val was prepping for another day
