Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk

Hooper
AMRAP in 10min:
Ascending reps of 2's:
2 OHS (95#/65#)
2 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
*increase by 2 reps for each exercise every round (4...6...8..etc)

Strength/Skill
4 x 8 Front Rack Box Step-Ups (each Leg)
*Do not (try not to) push off trail leg

Oz ~ 14's + 15 OHS
Daliege ~ 155# / 12's + 4 OHS (2-4-6@95#/8-10-12@65#)
Val ~ Tech-105# / 14's + 15 OHS / 45#-65#
tb ~ 205# / 16's + 18 OHS & 3 BJO's / 95#
