This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

A Monday?!?

30 Clean & Jerks (135#/95#)
1 Mile Run
10 Rope Climbs (15')
1 Mile Run
100 Burpees

tb ~ finished rope climb at 21:54...got in from the run and the stopwatch was gone... SOB!!!
Started another one and did the 100 burpees in 11:14
So... 33:08 + 9-9:30 = 42:45 is what we will call it...

Oz was on a Hodge-Podge type day... PR in C&J I think... Then he did some other stuff...

Feidt, Jb & Maloney were the aerobic all-stars again... not sure what they did...
