Notorious...

The WOD today is called Notorious...

Seems vaugly familiar but with little twists...
We have seen 3 Rnds of 500m Row and 12 exercise, 21 exercise...

Just not like this...
Christine is close, but it is BWT DL and only a 20 in Box Jump (not jump over)...

So this little doozy was:

odd = 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean, climbing

No idea what the Aerobic Crew did...
