EMOM perform 5 Burpees (begining @ 60s) until all the exercises are completed...

SNATCH
Work to Heavy 1 rep, do not go above 90%

2 x 2 Snatch Grip Push Press (1RM wt)

Gymnastics Conditioning

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 UB C2B Pull Ups
Take as much rest as you need but each set must be unbroken, if you fail to complete a set, rest longer and try again...
