This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Oz did this doozy on his own and thought he was SLOW...yea right!!!
D & I went together... he was leading after the row and gained some ground in the next few exercises... I finally had a chance to catch him in the 2nd round of burpees...then I hit the rower first for the last 50 Calories... I was about 5 calories in when he got to start and we finished at exactly the same time!!! It was a great WOD and push for each other...
