This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Every 90s for 3 Rnds:
1 - 15 Tempo HR Push Ups (1111)
2 - 60m Farmer Carry & Waiter Carry (Rt. Arm)
3 - 60m Farmer Carry & Waiter Carry (Lft Arm)
4 - 6-8 Strict TTB or Hanging Leg Lifts (2111)

Then ROM WOD w/ Bertag

Johns & I did the WOD, then the 3 of us did ROM WOD
