20 Band Pull Aparts

50' Front Rack Carry & Farmers Carry (ea side)
~ Increase wt as comfortable

AMRAP in 15min:
50/35 Cal Bike/Row (alt rnds...we started on bikes)
200' Front Rack Carry & Farmers Carry (switch arms at 100' / 50-50 / 35-35)
50 Push Ups
T.Wendt ~ 2 rnds + 50cal bike
Z.Wendt ~ 1 rnd + 45 Push Ups
tb ~ 1 rnd + 40 Push Ups
