Re-Test?!?!

On Mondays during the OPEN season, we usually re-test...
See if we can do a bit better on the WOD...

This one, I decided NOT to re-test...
I was pleased with the results...and maybe could get a rep at 225#...
BUT...
Power Cleans have been where my back has gone out or gotten very fatigued so I decided to keep the score I had and work for fitness...

  1. Deadlifts 155-175-195-205 / 30" box
    Take a BREAK... 5 rnds with 3 sec. to spare. First time doing 30" box jumps. They felt good, except that one time I lost focus. My shin paid the price. NO PAIN, NO GAIN.
