It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Added Luggage

Great additions from Val...Lets try ANYthing!  Not sure if I am up for the 1/2 yet...but I am looking forward to the Stair Climb!!!!

Warm Up: 2 Rnds ~ 10 Air Squat / 10 Step Ups / 20 Sit Ups

GRAB A PLATE
3 Stair Laps (300yds Total)
25 Squats
25 Push Ups
25 Lunge Steps
25 Sit Ups
* Grap a 45# Plate (Bumper or Steel) and perform this WOD with the plate.  The plate is not allowed to touch the ground while performing the WOD.  Once you pick it up, do not put it down on the ground!
It can rest on your body while laying down...There was no easy way to carry the weight while on stair laps...Somehow, HEPP found the magic and beasted it!

  1. Speaking of ANYthing once - My nephew is trying to land a job traveling the world. He is always up for new adventures and will be a UW Eau Claire Grad. When I read his blog I thought about this group.
If you'd like check out the following clip and become a fan that would be great. The more fans he gets the better chance he has of making it.

He also has started a blog to help in the process.
