It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Pages-

Upcoming runs have been added to the TRY ANYthing page and from there you are able to go and post comments/additions/anything else you would like to add on the What is really goin on...  We are still getting groups together and setting events on facebook but if you are not a part of facebook include yourself on here..  They are pretty near identical.  But the most recent ones will be the Climb in Milwaukee and Crazylegs at the end of April in Madison.

I am hoping we can at least stick with Jigsaw in May that has become a tradition for some of us- Can two years make it a tradition??  Not sure, but I would like to think it is special one.

Hope everyone is well and working hard- at whatever they may be doing!!

  1. Hey - Britt here... Someone should add me as an admin so I can post some blogs... I'll leave this under the comments section for now.

Mr Bert and I were in attendance on this drizzly February morning. The weightroom thermostat is reading 60 degrees!

We decided to visit our old friends at Crossfit Hardcore for their 'Saturday Thrill Ride'. http://www.crossfithardcore.com/wod/saturday-thrill-ride/

    10 Thrusters 95/135
    20 1 Arm snatch 20/30 (each side 10)
    30 Wall balls
    *200 Running jumpropes
    50 Box jump
    60 Burpees
    70 Lunges
    *400 Running jumpropes
    90 Squats
    100 Sit ups

*We substituted running jumpropes for the 400m and 800m runs (kids bball in the gym)

    Bert 26:05
    Britt 26:35

Bert was far ahead at the start of situps, but I managed to catch up considerably. Form was tough to keep with the 100 situps - a burn nonetheless.

Going to shower, and pick up my quarter of grassfed beef!!! Then spec'ing out a home theater install and doing my taxes.

Mom and Dad are coming to town to pick up some of the beef, since my freezer is already full of the half-hog I purchased. It will be nice to visit with them.

Merry weekend to all, and to all a good day.

    Britt
