Warm-Up:
2 x Mini Leg Blaster (10 Air Squats, 10 Lunges (in place), 10 Jumping Lunges, 5 Jumping Air Squats)
2 x Burgener Warm Up (Shrugs, Upright Row, Muscle Snatch, Jump & Land, Hang Snatch)
12 Swings (35#)
12 Toes 2 Bar
12 Push Ups

SQUAT...
2-3 sets for form
4 x 5 @ 75% 1RM
3 x 3 @ 85% 1 RM
1 Set of 1RM

Max Abmat Sit Ups in 5 Minutes
Arms Crossed on Chest
No Arm/Head Swinging / No Momentum...Stay Strict and work the abs
Concentrate on pulling the stomach IN!
